Rake In the Cash With Your Planned Profit Calendar
The greatest SIN I witness over and over and over and over again in small businesses is this: they roll out one winning promotion - radio, TV, newspaper, Google Ads, etc - but then they never repeat it... madness!
I've often nodded in my agreement with this:
"Often, it isn't the things we don't know how to do that bite us in the ass. It's when we don't do the things we *do* know how to do that we get in trouble."
Imagine you took your winningest campaign - something that made you a 150% profit every time you did it, and you repeated it another 5 times per year. Wouldn't that spike sales, get you more sales meetings, and fatten your bottom line?
While this particular unfair advantage is stone-freaking-simple, it's mind-boggling how little it gets used. In fact, when I learned about it, I just said: "Hunh? That's it?!?" Big businesses are savvy to the Planned Profit Calendar, and have been for decades. In fact, combined with RFM and documentation, I'd say it's one of THE main reasons they've sold millions and billions of dollars and most small businesses haven't.
